educational strategy of the EDUVITAL NEt

With a multiple professional background, the EDUVITAL NET intends to provide powerful support in propagating health knowledge  in primary- and high schools, as well as through health institutions specified to very wide age groups, from early childhood to elderly generations.

In order to educate health preservation, based on newly produced teaching materials, the additional goal of the EDUVITAL NET is to initiate professional and interdisciplinary open discussions of issues about the paradigm changes of medical sciences and related activities. The strategic goal of the EDUVITAL NET is to reach those contacting broad sections of  the society, i.e. medical experts, teachers, journalists, political decision makers and civil (e.g. patient-) associations.

The modules of the teaching materials are as follows:
  • Basic biology, genetics, gender differences (principles  of genetics, epigenetics, irreversible and  reversible elements, genome, proteome, metabolome, network theories)
  • Lifestyle in general (historical memories in various cultures, social models, gender differences)
